#glitztheseason with GHD Copper Luxe
Since high school I have used the same old hair straightener that my mother purchased for me as a gift for my sixteenth birthday. I used that hair tool for over 7 years until it broke, most likely from over use. I never was able to find another hair straightener that did the same curls, or worked the same way until today. I have been using GHD products for a few years now (my favorite is the copper hair dryer) and recently they sent me their new GHD Copper Luxe Hair Styler that is part of their holiday collection and I fell in love!

With this particular set it comes with the copper hair styler,  2 nail polishes in festive shades that matches the copper set, and a matching heat resistant bag to carry the styler.

This heat resistant bag is great for traveling and helps keep the styler from being damaged in luggages or bags.

There are also a variety of sets perfect for Christmas that can be found by clicking here! As well as their entire line of Copper Luxe products, and you can check it out here.

The styler with a cap that helps keep it closed, and clean.

Personally I love effortless hairstyles that just help frame my face. Typically I go for something simple and easy to do, because I like focusing on outfit and makeup. So if you're like me and just want something that makes you look pulled together and cute, this one is for you.

Straighteners are also great for curls! All you do is clamp it down gently, and pull through while twisting! The amount of time that the styler is pulled through will determine how tight the curls come out.

Cute little curl! The photo below is actually second day curls and I love how beachy they ended up looking!

This first hairstyle is one of my favorites that get tons of compliments because its so cute and chic.  Both of these following hairstyles looks great with curled hair, or even straightened. All you need is a cat headband, or a ton of hairspray & bobby pins. The hair hides the headband so it doesn't even matter what color it is! Mine was from Forever 21 for about $3.

The cat headband is a lot easier to make the cat shape with since all you do is place it on your head normally and wrap the surrounding hair around it and pin down. Hairspray if you have frizzy hair to finish it up.
Cute and perfect for a holiday party with your friends or family!

For the second hairstyle I took the Copper Luxe Hair Styler and curled my hair very loosely. Instead of running it through my hair for five to six seconds for tighter curls, I quickly just pulled it through without pause. This creates light waves that look effortless and still has a lot of volume.

Just make two thick braids, one on each side of the head (near the crown) and pin it together in the back. I think this is great for an office party or something work related.

GHD is hosting a Christmas competition, so join in by posting your festive hair creation on instagram using the tag #glitztheseason. Don't forget to follow GHD on their instagram too!

Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks

I took advantage of a sale that Colourpop had during Labor Day and tried out a bunch of the beautiful Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks. Being completely honest, I expected a decent product and nothing amazing, but these completely exceeded my expectations.  These were packaged in a white box with a lot of styrofoam pieces all around to protect the darling boxes.

Liquid lipsticks tend to be drying but these fare quite well if you hydrate your lips prior to application.I've only used some of the shades, but I noticed the nude shades were more "crackly" and dryer in comparison to the brighter colors. I prefer using a brush to make crisp lines, and Im glad I did. These liquid lipsticks are easily to mess up, so if you're new to them, I would keep a small brush and come concealer nearby just in case.

Below photo is "Trap"
*This is all dependent on the shade*

For the price of $6.00 a piece, they are definitely worth the inexpensive cost. I hope they release new darker fall colors because I would snatch those right up!

Organizing makeup...

takes so much work. I've been moving around and organizing everything and its been quite a time consuming activity. If you follow me on my Instagram, then you've seen some of these photos.
I'll hopefully be uploading an updated makeup collection video within a month or two.

Why are acrylic makeup cases so expensive? Online these cases sell for $20 or more. The 5 tier one I wanted costs around $75. I feel like that money could just go towards more makeup, so I never wanna splurge on it.

I officially have a rainbow makeup drawer! This took so long to organize and put into the correct position. All the makeup I have in the center are products I use on a daily basis or need to test out for reviews.

The new Mac Giambattista Valli lipsticks were released on July 8th. I managed to pick up 4 of the colors at the Florida Mall. I honestly only wanted 4 of them, but now I want the last one to complete the collection. I actually haven't purchased any Mac Cosmetics products in a few years, but this particular release caught my eye. The packaging and colors were just on point. My favorite from the line is Margherita, a coral orange shade.

I posted up a new makeup tutorial today! If you haven't watched it, go check it out here-

Disney World Annual Passes!
For our fifth year anniversary I decided to get the Disney Annual passes since we loved going during the Maker Studios YouTube conference a few months ago.  So on Tuesday after my Dentist appointment we set off to Disney! Surprisingly its only 30 minutes away from our houses (we live really close to each other). When I was a child I thought it was at least 2 hours away. I guess time just feels longer when I was younger. With each annual pass card holder, a magic band is free. Since we had grey and pink bands already, I opted for the red and orange ones since they're so dang vibrant and eye-catching in person.

As a quick side note, we went directly to a ticket booth at Disney and purchased the tickets but the magic bands were not given until about 4 days later in the mail.

First stop was of course Sleepy Hollow (Magic Kingdom) & I had to get the yummy Sweet & Spicy Chicken and Waffles. I swear any food that Melissa recommends me, I  almost always fall in love with.

The next pick was Gaston's Tavern (Magic Kingdom). This fluffy drink is called Le Fou's Brew. That foam at the top is supposed to be mango flavored but after a while it resembles soap. LOL.

Currently at Epcot it is the Flower & Garden Festival. Around the countries there are booths with limited time foods. I noticed a lot of them were already pre-made and were ready to eat. The top photo is of the Osaka Salmon Sushi from Hanami. Its basically Salmon nigiri with 3 different sauces on top. The fish was decent, however it was drenched in a ton of sauces. The lower photo is the Seafood Ceviche-Shrimp, Scallops & Grouper with Mango and Avocado. This was tiny and again it was mediocre. The scallops and shrimp were quite chewy and meh.

Throughout the park there is tons of flower statues of Disney characters! Everything was decorated beautifully and definitely worth going.

I have such a cute bf. XD

Estée Lauder: Double Wear Stay-in-Place Liquid Foundation Review

For the past week I've been testing out the Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Liquid Foundation. This particular formula is light weight and gives amazing coverage with just a teeny amount. The foundation doesn't look caked on, or have any build-up around the nose. I love using a wet beauty sponge to achieve medium coverage, but on those nights I want extra full coverage I use a foundation brush. When I first went to get my color tested by the Estée Lauder beauty consultant, she removed a patch of my current foundation from the side of my face. Then matched me with three different shades using the iMatch system, we picked out the color 1W1 Bone. This is one of the lightest shades in the line and paired identical to my skin tone.

One of the tips I always recommend is applying a light moisturizer as well as a primer before applying foundation. My skin is extremely sensitive to many products, so I was extremely happy to not have any issues with breaking out after using this foundation. This product is of course fragrance-free as well as non-acnegenic. So if you have a scent allergy like me, this is a foundation you need to try out!

The only issue I have with the Double Wear Foundation is that there is no pump. Since I only need a tiny amount to cover my entire face, its a bit hard to get out only a little of the needed product. Especially with the formula being a bit viscous, there are times when too much can come out. One of the questions many people wonder about is, "does the foundation transfer?" I patted my face with my shirt and nothing transferred but when I swiped, it would transfer (what foundation wouldn't though?). Once the foundation sets it doesn't really budge, but I always apply a setting powder on top just in case.

This photo is without any face makeup on.
I already have a bit of mascara and eyeliner on my eyes, but my face is absolutely bare (no moisturizer, primer either).  As you can see, I have uneven skin tone, redness around my nose, and discoloration around my eyes.

Then... tadah! My skin is even and all the redness is gone. This is with one layer of foundation and no concealer. I did apply moisturizer and a regular primer though. I would say this is about medium coverage but it is able to be build-able to full coverage. Personally I would only do full coverage during special events like a night out or a Birthday celebration where lots of photos will be taken.

Last image is with all my makeup on. I didn't even need to apply concealer because the foundation covered so well. Even by the end of the night my foundation still didn't budge and gave the same flawless coverage like when I first applied it. My blush and highlight was still visible on my cheeks and the areas around my nose and mouth were all still covered. When I'm wearing this foundation it makes me feel secure enough to not have to check the mirror every few hours to see if my skin has red spots showing through.Even my holy grail foundation starts to become blotchy after the 6 hour mark, so I was definitely impressed with the Double Wear product.

Estée Lauder's beautiful signature gold and deep blue packaging stays elegant through out all these years. When I purchased the Double Wear Foundation, I was gifted an adorable goody bag filled with creams and other various Estée Lauder products. The eye creams and skin items will be given to my mom, since she absolutely loves the skin care line.

The Double Wear Stay-in-Place Liquid Foundation has 30 different shades all with cool, warm, or neutral undertones that are perfect for everyone. I can definitely understand how there are tons of people raving about this foundation now.
Huge thanks to Estée Lauder and Condé Nast for the complementary foundation to test out and review! This foundation will definitely be appearing on my next week's makeup tutorial!

Princess Pinky Eclipse Grey Review

Princess Pinky Eclipse Grey
Diameter: 14.5mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Lifespan: 1 Year
Price: 28.90

I've previously tried the Princess Pinky Eclipse Brown lenses and have completely fallen in love. So for my next pair I decided to get the Grey version. These are beautiful on dark eyes since they are so opaque. I know a lot of people look for that "halo" effect that some circle lens give, and if you're one of those people then this is the lens for you. Even when Im looking straight ahead the pattern gives off a "halo" effect. It makes my eyes look glossy and bright.

Opaque: 5/5
Enlargement: 5/5
Pattern: 5/5
Natural: 1/5
Overall: 5/5
Prescription: Yes

This is an unedited screenshot from my video (below). If you watch my Ulzzang Inspired Everyday Makeup tutorial you can see how gorgeous these lenses look. I woulnd't wear this particualr grey pair without makeup though. Since the size is a bit larger than most, makeup (eyeliner at least) would help make the eyes look defined and not alien-like.

If you order from PinkyParadise they include an adorable Macaron case with each circle lens purchase!
